Two of our cottages are pet friendly:

  • Swallow Barn — one dog welcome (low season weeks)

The charge is £20 per week per dog.

The remaining four cottages (Saffron Cottage, Haypole Barn, Kingfisher Cottage, and Sandmartins) are dog-free to ensure they remain suitable for guests with allergies.

Three of our cottages have accessible ground-floor accommodation:

  • Haypole Barn — wheelchair accessible
  • Kingfisher Cottage — wheelchair accessible
  • Sandmartins — ground-floor double bedroom with en suite wet room, suitable for those with mobility problems

Shower chairs can be reserved at the time of booking for use in Kingfisher Cottage, Haypole Barn, or Sandmartins.

Sandmartins and Haypole Barn can be linked through on the ground floor to create a 16-person holiday barn — ideal for larger groups with mixed accessibility needs.

The farm has a heated swimming pool for the use of all guests.

Pool rules and safety information will be in the information folder in your cottage. Please take a moment to read them on arrival.

There is a shared laundry room on the farm with washing machines and a tumble dryer, operated on a £1 coin meter.

A selection of barbecues are available for guest use, both gas and charcoal. Perfect for making the most of your private patio on a sunny evening.

Launceston (6 miles) has a good selection of shops including butchers and bakeries.

Supermarket deliveries: Asda, Waitrose, and Tesco all deliver to the farm from online orders — handy for stocking up before you arrive.

Mobile signal can be variable in the countryside. We recommend checking your network’s coverage checker before you travel. All cottages have free WiFi, so you’ll always be connected.

A £100 security deposit per cottage applies to Haypole Barn and Sandmartins, paid on arrival. This will be returned within 7 days of departure, pending routine checks.
