Fish Stocks
The lakes contain a good head of carp including both common and mirror varieties. Fish weights range from low doubles to specimens over 20lb. The fishery also holds a population of quality tench, which provide excellent sport during spring and summer months.
Fishing Approach
Location - The lakes feature various features including islands, margins, and deeper channels. Spend time observing fish movements before selecting your swim.
Tactics - Modern carp fishing methods are most effective. Hair-rigged boilies, method feeder approaches, and particle baits all produce fish. Pre-baiting can significantly improve catch rates.
