Another large cottage with an airy and light open plan living area. French doors open out onto a private, sunny patio which is perfect for barbecuing and al fresco eating.

The kitchen has everything you will need for your holiday catering and includes a gas Rayburn and hob plus microwave plus all our standard fixtures and fittings.

Bedrooms

There are 4 bedrooms in Sandmartins:

• Upstairs: Two pretty double rooms, both with en suite shower rooms, plus a bunks room with another bathroom close by
• Downstairs: A comfortable double bedroom with en suite wet room, also suitable for those with mobility problems

Large Groups

This cottage can be opened up on the ground floor to link through to Haypole Barn next door, creating a 16 person holiday barn - perfect for retreats, activity courses, and family gatherings.
